I leverage that experience to help executives navigate pivotal transitions, redefine their professional identity, and step confidently into a career and life they truly love.I hold a degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential through iPEC, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF). My coaching is grounded in real-world executive experience and strategic insight, amplified by SHRM-CP certifications in Human Resources.
